Virtual Discussion: Partnerships to Address the Opioid Epidemic

When:  Dec 13, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)
Many hospitals as well as primary and ambulatory care practices are working to address the opioid epidemic. A recently released White Paper, developed by IPFCC and PFCCpartners, discusses the need and opportunity for partnerships with patients and families in these efforts. Partnering with Patients and Families to Strengthen Approaches to the Opioid Epidemic is the product of an interactive discussion and learning event held in June 2018 with patient and family advisors, health care providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

We want to continue the conversation and learn about strategies you are using to partner with patients and families to make care safer and address this widespread epidemic. We hope you can join us. Pam Dardess, MPH, IPFCC's Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Operations, will be joining the discussion.

If you are interested but unable to attend live, I still encourage you to register because all registrants will receive a link to the recording of the discussion after the event. The recording and any resources will also be posted in PFCC.Connect for all members to watch and/or refer back to.
