Planning and facilitating meetings that create inclusive, trustworthy spaces – whether virtual or in-person – is an important part of developing an inclusive organizational culture. Join us to discuss how to foster effective meetings where everyone has a voice, feels empowered, and has a sense of belonging.
These informal conversations are participatory in nature, building on the interest, experience, and expertise of those who join the discussion. We do not do a formal presentation but rather let the conversation be guided by what participants want to learn through sharing our collective experiences. Pam Dardess, Vice President for Strategic Operations, and Ushma Patel, Director for Special Projects & Educational Programs will facilitate the discussion.
