The
Orme Partnership Achievement Award recognizes Patient Family Advisor and Healthcare Professional teams that are making improvements across care by mobilizing the partnership to create positive and sustainable change in your organization. Do you have a project or program that really represents the power of partnering with healthcare organizations? Maybe your PFAC started a rounding program this year, or maybe you are serving as a patient stakeholder on a research project that has really progressed the thinking of researchers and patient partners? We want to celebrate your progress! Please consider nominating a team, self nominations accepted.
Achievement Criteria: Within the last 3 years
- Nominees should demonstrate active partnership in co-design of improvement efforts in healthcare.
- Nominees may represent hospitals, community based healthcare organizations and/or policy and research efforts.
- Nominees should be reflective of an established relationship, formal or informal, based in authentic collaboration and mutual respect, with the goal of improving healthcare for patients and families served at the organization.
Teams meeting the criteria will be recognized at the
PFCC Annual Conference on
February 4 in Los Angeles.
