This webinar will highlight how to implement patient- and family-centered care in various mental health settings. Ways to engage people in the direct care experience and as quality improvement partners will be showcased including addressing the Opioid Epidemic. Practical tools and tips that help others build strong partnerships with those receiving mental health services and their families will be shared.

Webinar Objectives:

  • Explore how engagement of people with behavioral health issues can strengthen direct care services and improve program outcomes
  • Learn effective ways to engage people and their families in direct care across the continuum
  • Describe how patient and family advisors help and support improvements in the quality, safety and experience of care in mental health settings
  • Highlight innovative programs built on authentic partnerships with patients and families
